Arnold J. Hoegler, Director, Co-CEO


Arnie is respected as both an innovator and leader in the leasing industry. Prior to co-founding VenSource Capital LLC, Arnie served as COO and Executive Vice President of Leasing Technologies International, Inc, a firm he also co-founded in 1984. There, Arnie oversaw LTI's operations and created new lease, loan and financing structures to adapt to customer's changing needs. He headed LTI's workout group, helped pioneer the company's nationwide rollout of strategic marketing efforts and expansion of products to include vendor leasing and specialty finance disciplines. Prior to founding LTI, Mr. Hoegler spent seven years at KPMG Peat Marwick - where he honed his leasing industry expertise through advising and problem-solving for clients and industry peers. Arnie is a graduate of St. John's University, a Certified Public Accountant and has served twice as President of the Eastern Association of Equipment Lessors (EAEL). He has also served as an officer and on the Board of Directors of the EAEL since 1995.

George A. Parker, Director, Co - CEO

Over the past twenty-five years, in various senior management capacities, George helped launch and expand over 500 exciting growth companies across the US using creative debt products. Prior to co-founding VenSource Capital LLC, George co-founded and served as Director, Executive Vice President and CFO of Leasing Technologies International, Inc. George assembled and oversaw teams responsible for new business development, marketing, treasury, and the financing functions of this specialty finance company. George led LTI in providing over $300 million in equipment financing to more than 500 venture capital-backed start-ups and emerging growth companies.  Before co-founding LTI, George served as Vice President and Treasurer of DPF Computer Leasing Corp., a national provider of computer leases to Fortune 500 companies.
George began his career at Continental Illinois National Bank & Trust Company. There he was promoted to various management positions leading to Second Vice President, Commercial Lending. George holds an MBA from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BS degree in Mathematics from Wake Forest University. A leader in the equipment finance industry, he served as past Treasurer and member of the Executive Boards of both the National Equipment Finance Association and the Eastern Association of Equipment Lessors..
