Kenneth Witkin, Director

Mr. Witkin, Co-CEO and Director of CV Holdings, LLC, has over 30 years of experience in the CRE lending and workout industry as well as having served as a CEO/Restructuring Officer for two publically traded Commercial Mortgage REITS. His banking career included 17 years at FleetBoston and Bank of America where he managed more than $24billion in national books of business. He also founded TriSail Capital, a mezzanine lender with $2billion of assets and two TriSail-sponsored institutional funds totaling $200MM in committed capital. He was the CEO/Restructuring officer and Board Member of CBRE Realty Finance, the predecessor company to CV Holdings, which at its peak had assets in excess of $2.3 billion and a market cap of over $500MM. He began his career at Citibank in Asset Based Lending and Citicorp Real Estate Inc., led First Chicago’s Florida Real Estate Group, was COO of a Florida residential home builder for seven years and was President and CEO of Associated Mortgage Investors, a public equity REIT.  Prior to redirecting all of his time to CV holdings, Inc., was a partner of The Roseview Group, a real estate advisor and investment firm based in Boston, MA. Mr. Witkin earned a B.A from Hofstra University and an MBA from the NYU Stern School.

Ricardo Koenigsberger, Director

Mr. Koenigsberger, Co-CEO and Director of CV Holdings, LLC, is a veteran of the real estate private equity business with over 24 years of experience in capital markets, commercial and residential real estate markets. Rick spent over 15 years at Apollo Real Estate Advisors, a large private equity real estate firm. At Apollo, he was a partner where he was responsible for the investment and asset management of a portfolio of both real estate assets and companies representing an enterprise value of over $5 billion. After leaving Apollo, Rick together with two partners raised approximately $100MM to form ROCA Real Estate Securities Fund L.P., a long-short real estate securities fund, which specializes in the small market capitalization REIT market. Additionally, he also headed, through 2009, XE Capital's approximate $2 billion enterprise value real estate business. Most recently, in addition to his responsibilities as a ROCA partner, Rick became the CEO of Realty Finance to oversee, together with Ken Witkin, the wind down of RFC's old CRE business and to focus the company into a new business via the acquisition/merger with ClearVue Management Inc. Mr. Koenigsberger graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Arnold J. Hoegler, Director, Co-CEO


Arnie is respected as both an innovator and leader in the leasing industry. Prior to co-founding VenSource Capital LLC, Arnie served as COO and Executive Vice President of Leasing Technologies International, Inc, a firm he also co-founded in 1984. There, Arnie oversaw LTI's operations and created new lease, loan and financing structures to adapt to customer's changing needs. He headed LTI's workout group, helped pioneer the company's nationwide rollout of strategic marketing efforts and expansion of products to include vendor leasing and specialty finance disciplines. Prior to founding LTI, Mr. Hoegler spent seven years at KPMG Peat Marwick - where he honed his leasing industry expertise through advising and problem-solving for clients and industry peers. Arnie is a graduate of St. John's University, a Certified Public Accountant and has served twice as President of the Eastern Association of Equipment Lessors (EAEL). He has also served as an officer and on the Board of Directors of the EAEL since 1995.

George A. Parker, Director, Co - CEO

Over the past twenty-five years, in various senior management capacities, George helped launch and expand over 500 exciting growth companies across the US using creative debt products. Prior to co-founding VenSource Capital LLC, George co-founded and served as Director, Executive Vice President and CFO of Leasing Technologies International, Inc. George assembled and oversaw teams responsible for new business development, marketing, treasury, and the financing functions of this specialty finance company. George led LTI in providing over $300 million in equipment financing to more than 500 venture capital-backed start-ups and emerging growth companies.  Before co-founding LTI, George served as Vice President and Treasurer of DPF Computer Leasing Corp., a national provider of computer leases to Fortune 500 companies.
George began his career at Continental Illinois National Bank & Trust Company. There he was promoted to various management positions leading to Second Vice President, Commercial Lending. George holds an MBA from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BS degree in Mathematics from Wake Forest University. A leader in the equipment finance industry, he served as past Treasurer and member of the Executive Boards of both the National Equipment Finance Association and the Eastern Association of Equipment Lessors..
